Express Delivery
If you need faster delivery, we can ship Fed-Ex 2-3 day or overnight for an additional charge added to the standard shipping rate. Orders must be placed M-F before 1pm PST for same day processing. Remember weekends do not count as a business day for Fed-Ex therefore, if you place your order on Friday before 1pm it will not arrive until after Monday. Be aware that if you place an order over the weekend to be shipped Fed-Ex it will not be shipped until Monday. Fed-Ex is Not Available for PO Box, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO, or FPO addresses. *Exceptions for Alaska, Hawaii.

Signature Release
Please note with express shipments there will be no signature required. This means that your package will be left at the door of the residential shipping address. If you would like a signature to be required for delivery there will be an additional $3.00 charge. By not requiring a signature for your order, you accept full responsibility for any lost or stolen packages, once they are delivered by the carrier.

Standard ground orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO or FPO can be delivered for an additional charge of $5.00 added to your standard shipping rates. For Express delivery to Alaska or Hawaii there will be an additional charge of $29.00 added to standard ground shipping rates.

International Shipping and Delivery
Orders shipping to Canada will have an estimated fee of $15.00 that will appear on your confirmation email. The final cost is based on weight of package and will appear on your packing slip. For shipping options and cost to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and outside of the US or Canada, please contact us at 1-888-645-3627 M-F 8am -5pm PST.

If you do place an order to be shipped international online, a customer service representative will contact you via email to let you know of the final shipping cost for your order to be applied to your total charge. Upon receiving this email, if you do not respond and accept the charges via email within 2 weeks of the order date, it will be cancelled. *Customer is responsible for VAT and other taxes.

Change Shipping information:
If you have received your Email Confirmation and see an error in the shipping address, please contact us or call 1-888-645-3627.

Promotional Codes:
If you place an order using a promotional code, any offered discount will NOT appear on the billing information page or on your order confirmation email. All discounts are applied manually and will be reflected on your credit card statement and packing slip.

Confirmation Email:
You will receive only one confirmation email after you place your order. It will include products purchased, billing, and shipping information. Once you place your order, it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery generally takes a minimum of 5-8 business days with standard shipping. You will NOT receive a shipping confirmation email but are welcome to call 888-645-3627 to check status of your order if it does not arrive within 5-8 business days.
